Christmas is my favourite holiday of all.
I love drawing graphics, but creating Christmas graphics is something special, it brings me in the mood long before Christmas is actually there.

Last year I switched from my annual pixel graphics Advent Calendar to Sparky’s Christmas DS Freebies and because I had so much fun, I decided to do it again this year!

So… I present to you…

Have a blessed Holiday Season

When I still made pixel graphics, I always had a Christmas calendar, giving away pixel graphics for each day in December until Christmas. Each year I added a printable bookmark. Never thought I could do this with Digital Scrapbooking graphics as well. But I tried and I’m happy with the results.
You will find several Christmas Bookmarks at this year’s DS Give Away, but here’s a regular one, just to get in the mood 🙂

I’ve printed it out (fold/glue), laminated it and I think I’ll add a tassle, will have to shop for one first. I’ll show you a pic when it’s finished 🙂

Well, I don’t know where I found the time, as I’m swamped at the moment, but I managed to create another Disney layout. I took so many pics at Disney and although I don’t want layouts of all of them (good heavens no!), there are several I want to scrap.

For this pic we had to stand in line patiently.. VERY patiently, lol. But at least there wasn’t chaos, like with some of the other characters we met ‘in the wild’. After waiting for about 30 min, with still several people in front of us, Pooh went off. ‘Pooh needs a short break’, the girl who accompanied him said. We expected a 10 or 15 min. break, but within seconds Pooh was back again.
Manon whispered: It’s another Pooh, the black thingies on his head are pointing in a different direction. 🙂 Earlier that day we wondered how the people in the Disney costumes were coping, now we knew. Short performances, then another person – in a similar costume – takes over. Very wise, as it was 24C.
